4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process. Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawing. Withdrawals may be delayed if pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on tk991 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. tk991 will not be responsible for any issues arising from currency conversion.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tk991 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus will be added and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once and only to eligible members.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• If an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account and bonus will be cancelled.
• tk991 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Limitations of Liability
